Olo is located atop Magic Bay which provides ideal conditions for everyone. It's orientation offers different types of waves, working with swells in all directions. Imsouane's topography carves four distinct surf spots, with waves for every level and type of surfer. Surf your longest wave in The Bay or shred your shortboard at Cathedral under a colorful African sunset.
SUSTAINABILITY
Everyone has to be more conscious of their impact on the environment nowadays, especially those who work in the tourism industry. We believe that we have a duty to be hyper-aware of how we deal with our everyday business, thinking about our waste management, cleaning methods, water consumption, food supply… the list is endless.
In an effort to reduce our impact on the nature around us, we clean with homemade, non-chemical products, as we know wastewater will eventually end up in the ground and the ocean. For the same reason, we produce our own showergel and solid shampoo with natural tensides.
In the villa, Dar Zitoun, we ask our guests to drink the filtered water we provide in glass bottles for everybody in order to avoid the use of plastic bottles.
We avoid the long transportation of food by choosing seasonal fruits and vegetables that grow in Morocco, produced by local suppliers from the surrounding area. Our fresh bread comes from the village bakery every morning which we don't even need a car to get to.

At Olo, we believe yoga is fundamental to improve your surfing skills and capabilities. We offer yoga not as a fitness class- but as a transformative experience to deeply stretch and lengthen your surf-worn body, deepen your breath, focus your intention, practice balance, and improve your overall strength and wellbeing. Whether you desire a slower yin class, or more of a vinyasa flow, our yoga instructors will be sure to satisfy your needs. Practice on your mat and see how it translates on your board.

After the last six years in Olo and surf tourism, we learned so much about how we actually want to present ourselves and our special place to you – the guests.We love surfing, we love nature and we love to connect with people from all over the world…So, what we want to give to you is a holiday experience that you never want to end and that stays with you long after you leave us. You’ll spend your days surfing these magical Moroccan waves that we have right on our doorstep, nourishing your body with fresh meals made with love and creating memories in a place run by people who are concerned about their impact on nature and their responsibility to the environment whilst running a touristic business. Surf
In Imsouane there’s a wave for everyone, whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned surfer.
The Bay is the point break that the village is best known for, with a dreamy peeling right-hand wave that can go on for 800m on a good day and consistently works all through the season and often during the off-season too. It’s a longboarders paradise and a perfect wave to learn to surf on, with a long easy ride that’s forgiving and gentle.
On bigger swells shortboarders will also find their happiness here too. If you like it faster and sometimes bigger, you can try out the second spot called “Cathedral”, on the other side of the village. There’s always a wave at this spot, with a point break and a beach break to choose from depending on the conditions.
Olo’s Surf School offers lessons and coaching for all levels of surfing. You will be in good hands with our qualified and experienced surf manager and head coach, who will give each of you the necessary attention and help you with whatever you need in the water. Whether it’s your first time surfing and you need help catching your first wave or you want to perfect your technique in the water, our coach will be with you every step of the way. If you're already an advanced surfer looking for some advice on where to go and what to expect from the different spots, we can point you in the right direction with our local knowledge.
