Lahcen's Famous Homemade Granola Recipe

Quick, yummy and easy to make. Here’s our tasty and beloved granola recipe made by our family member, Lahcen, that so many of you have craved for.

Ingredients:

  • 1,5 kg oats 

  • 300g almonds or peanuts 

  • 100g sugar 

  • 200g sesame seeds 

  • 200g coconut flakes 

Mix the ingredients together in a big bowl and add honey. Or maple syrup, if you prefer to make it even more healthy. 

Our little secret - add a bit of cinnamon.
Put the mixture in a pan and place it in the oven.  Wait until it gets brown and voila, it’s ready to serve!

Ps.: banana, apple, nuts, amlou, and nature yogurt is a good choice to top it up.
